Jason Bunter, Director and co-founder of Farm2Shore Finance, bringing over 25 years of experience as a commercial banker. With more than a decade in executive leadership roles at one of Australia’s big four banks, Jason has honed his expertise in providing strategic financial solutions.
Born and raised in regional Western Australia, he has a personal connection to agriculture and an innate understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the commercial and agricultural sectors.
Recognising a gap in the market for clients seeking industry specialisation and an independent perspective on all things finance, Jason co-founded Farm2Shore Finance to support clients with tailored solutions and a deep industry focus.
Nick Joyce
Director, Farm2Shore Finance
Nick Joyce, Director of Farm2Shore Finance, brings over 25 years of expertise in agriculture and finance. Raised on the family farm in Kukerin, Nick’s passion for agriculture has been the cornerstone of his career. After graduating with a Bachelor of Agribusiness from Curtin University, he built a diverse career spanning several key sectors of the industry.
Before founding Farm2Shore Finance with Jason, Nick spent 2.5 years at the Commonwealth Bank (CBA) as an Agribusiness Executive. In this role, he managed a portfolio of agribusiness clients, specialising in agri-commercial and asset finance, refining his ability to structure complex deals and deliver innovative financial solutions.
Nick spent nearly seven years at Planfarm as a Farm Business and Grain Marketing Consultant, providing farmers with business analysis, cash flow forecasting, and tailored advice on farm management and financial growth.
Nick’s unique skill set combines his experience in banking, farm consulting, grain marketing, varietal specialisation (as National Marketing Coordinator with Australian Grain Technologies and WA Territory Manager with Pacific Seeds), research agronomy (with AgriSearch), and having worked at Elders (Merchandise ) along with farming. This broad background enables him to offer highly specialised and comprehensive financial solutions for Farm2Shore Finance’s clients.
